What to do if my Haute Florist Coupon doesn’t work?

There are a few things you can do if your Haute Florist coupon doesn’t work. First, the coupon may have a minimum spend requirement, where the discount can only be applied if the customer spends a certain amount, so make sure your cart fulfills that requirement. Check the terms and conditions to verify that there was no time limit to use the code, that it is still active, and that the coupon does not have limits on products it can be used for. Finally, confirm that the code is being entered correctly, with no typos or missing characters.

How do shipping and returns work at Haute Florist?

Shipping and returns work at Haute Florist in the following ways:

• Shipping: The brand offers Next Day Delivery 7 days a week, when orders are made before 10 pm. Deliveries for Monday through Saturday cost only £4, while premium Sunday flower delivery is also available for just £4. The brand sends all flower deliveries through courier, and depending on the location and size of the purchase, it may require an extra day in transit.
• Returns: Haute Florist does not offer a specific return policy. Instead, the brand offers to review any complaints or refund requests on a case-by-case basis, due to the perishable nature of flowers and the specific delivery instructions necessary for each order.
