Are Monsoon returns free and how long do I have?

Online returns are free for UK, ROI, and US orders. You have a 30-day window from receipt to return items, though sale or outlet items must be returned within 14 days. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, certain items are non-refundable, including pierced jewellery, face masks, knickers, hosiery, confectionery, and cosmetics. If you paid with methods like PayPal, Klarna, or Clearpay, returns must be sent back to the warehouse by post. Refunds are typically processed within about 10 days of the goods being received.

Join Monsoon Reward for instant and ongoing benefits

New members receive 15% off their first full-price order. You'll then earn 1 point for every £1 spent, and once you accumulate 100 points (which clear after 30 days), a £10 voucher will be issued. The club also offers early access to new launches, bonus point events, and exclusive birthday treats. Frequent shoppers who spend £500 within 12 months will even become VIPs, enjoying enhanced perks.

Get your welcome code via the newsletter

Sign up for Monsoon emails to receive an exclusive welcome code, valid on your first full-price purchase. Newsletter sign-up also enrols you into Monsoon Reward, so you start earning points from your first shop and receive members-only updates.

Recycle with Clothes for Life and earn a voucher

Donate unwanted Monsoon garments in-store through Clothes for Life and receive a £10 voucher, redeemable when you spend £50 or more. It's a simple way to refresh your wardrobe for less while supporting a valuable UK charity initiative.

Split the cost with Klarna or Clearpay

Klarna offers flexible payment options like 'Pay in 3,' 'Pay in 6,' or 'Pay in 12' interest-free instalments, or 'Pay in 30 days,' all subject to eligibility and checks. Clearpay is also accepted, allowing you to spread the total cost with no interest, provided payments are made on time. This can be ideal for occasionwear or larger seasonal purchases.

Save with Monsoon events

Mark these key retail moments on your calendar. They often bring sitewide promotions or strong category offers, and you'll find fresh Monsoon discount codes for them on BravoVoucher.

Black Friday

Black Friday is the biggest fashion weekend of the year: it typically features significant discounts on partywear, knitwear, and coats, often alongside limited-time Monsoon discount codes. Early access often rolls out to members, so being enrolled pays off.

Cyber Monday

The Cyber Monday sale event extends the weekend's momentum with fresh digital offers on seasonal lines. Expect sharp prices on remaining sizes and a final wave of Monsoon discount code-led promotions.

Mid Season Sale

Transitional discounts on dresses, knitwear, and layering pieces often appear mid-season as new collections arrive. It's a reliable window to secure classic styles before popular sizes sell out.

Summer and Winter Sale

End-of-season sales clear out occasionwear, holiday shop pieces, outerwear, and boots. Stock moves fast, so combine a live Monsoon discount code from BravoVoucher with already marked-down items for maximum value.

Christmas and Boxing Day

Giftable accessories, jewellery, and children's party outfits often see strong markdowns in the run-up to Christmas and immediately after. Expect deeper clearance just after the holiday as new season lines take centre stage.
