Why isn’t my Holloways of Ludlow promo code working?

Many offers have a minimum spend requirement, brand exclusions, a validity window, or are limited to first orders. For example, the newsletter voucher typically requires a £250 basket value. Codes apply only once per order and cannot be combined with other promotions. Always double-check the spelling, spacing, expiry date, item eligibility, and make sure that you haven’t already used the same promotion on a previous purchase.

Can I use more than one Holloways of Ludlow coupon per order?

No, you can only apply one promotional offer to a single order on Holloways of Ludlow; stacking discounts isn’t permitted. Additionally, you can’t apply discounts to previous or future orders outside the live promotional period.

Stock is transferred from the warehouse, usually taking 4 to 8 days. In-stock collections are typically ready in about 5 to 7 working days, and you'll need to bring ID to collect your order. Know the 30-day return rules

You have 30 days to return items in perfect, unused condition with the original packaging and instructions. Please note that fitted lighting cannot be returned once it has been installed. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt, but the original delivery and the return postages are at your own expense. Keep this in mind when you choose delivery and basket planning options.
