How fast is delivery at Haypp and when do I get free shipping?

Standard delivery in the UK typically takes 1 to 2 days, with many orders arriving the next working day. Free standard delivery is offered on orders over £14.99. Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 6:30 PM are dispatched the same day, aiming for next-day or two-day delivery. For weekend delivery, place orders before 4:00 PM on Friday.

Haypp partners with Royal Mail, HIVED Next Day and Same Day, DPD, and InPost for deliveries. You should receive a tracking link via email as soon as your parcel is packed. You can also track your order in your Haypp account using your order number and postcode.

What is the Haypp returns policy?

For tobacco-free nicotine pouches, you can return the product if it is unused and in its original packaging. You must notify Haypp within 30 days of purchase, and the return parcel must reach Haypp within 14 days from the form’s issue date. Due to health and hygiene regulations, it’s not possible to return open items.

If a product is faulty, please email customer service with the following information: photos of all affected cans together, a photo of the underside showing the batch and date, the number of faulty cans, your order number, and your preference for a refund or a replacement. Haypp aims to handle these cases within 24 hours on weekdays. Keep proof of purchase and use the provided return slip to avoid extra return shipment costs.

Haypp savings tips

Discover practical ways to save on your Haypp orders, ensuring fast delivery and a wide product selection.

Get a welcome saving via the newsletter

Sign up for the Haypp newsletter and receive a 10% discount on your first purchase. Subscribers also get early alerts about upcoming offers, new pouch launches, and exclusive promo codes, making it easier to plan larger baskets when the best deals land.

Use multipacks and bulk buy to cut the price per can

Haypp regularly runs multipack discounts and bulk buy savings on leading nicotine pouch brands, which lowers the effective price per can without needing a code. Look out for limited-time offers and bundle deals. You can often combine these with an available Haypp discount code at checkout for an even bigger saving.

Make the most of free samples in every order

Haypp includes a free snus sample with every order. Use it to test new flavours or strengths before committing to full multipacks, reducing the risk of buying a pouch you will not enjoy.

Set up a flexible subscription

The Haypp subscription service delivers automatically on your schedule, with no hidden fees and no commitment. Manage everything in your account: change the interval, add or remove products, pause or cancel at any time, keeping your favourites in stock without last-minute urgent orders.

Complete age verification straight away

Age verification via Yoti is required at checkout and must be completed within 24 hours. If this doesn’t happen successfully, the order will be cancelled.  Verifying promptly helps ensure your basket ships on schedule and any time-sensitive promo or voucher applies smoothly.

Key events during the year on Haypp

Seasonal moments often bring stronger offers on major brands and multipacks, so timing your order can boost your savings.

Black Friday

Black Friday is the biggest shopping moment of the year for online retailers, with broad sitewide promotions and bundle pricing common in the category. Always check for an active Haypp discount code to layer on top of in-cart deals where permitted.

Cyber Monday

Following Black Friday, Cyber Monday deals continue at pace, often focused on curated multipacks and bestsellers. Expect rapid stock movement, so build your basket in advance and apply any current Haypp discount code at checkout.

Boxing Day

Boxing Day and Post-Christmas clearance frequently targets overstocked lines and seasonal flavours. If you missed earlier offers, this window is strong for ordering bundles at lower prices.

Easter and spring offers

Spring promotions often spotlight fresh flavours and new arrivals, useful if you want to trial different strengths before moving to bulk buys. Pair promotional pricing with a live voucher to bring the per-can cost down further.

Summer savings

Warm-weather Summer ranges and travel-friendly formats usually feature in early summer campaigns. Watch for short flash sales, then secure an extra saving by applying an available Haypp discount code while the offer is live.
