Lightbulbs Direct Discount Code for October 2026

Can I combine discount codes with existing sales at Lightbulbs Direct?

Alright, let’s clear this up - if you’ve got a Lightbulbs Direct discount code in one hand and your cart full of sale items in the other, you’ll have to pick a side.

The site doesn’t allow you to stack Lightbulbs Direct promo codes with sale prices. It’s kind of a one-deal-at-a-time setup.

So if you find something already on sale, enjoy the discount! But don’t expect to throw a code on top and double up the savings.

What is Lightbulbs Direct return policy?

So, maybe you ordered the wrong bulb (it happens to the best of us), or you’ve just changed your mind - Lightbulbs Direct has your back.

You’ve got 28 days to return your order, as long as everything’s in brand-new condition and still in its original packaging.

Keep it clean and unused, and you’re golden. If it’s been longer than 28 days or the item’s a bit too “well-loved,” you might not be eligible for a refund.

Heads-up: if you don’t collect items they can’t refund, they’ll be recycled after 30 days.

Do Lightbulbs Direct products come with a warranty?

Good news - some of the gear from Lightbulbs Direct comes with solid warranties.

If you’re buying LED or Smart bulbs (or those fancy Phoebe and Ledvance fittings), you’re looking at a 2-year warranty.

Energy-saving compact fluorescent bulbs? One year of coverage. For other stuff, it depends - if the product page doesn’t mention a warranty, there might not be one.

But still, if something goes wrong, their team’s usually pretty reasonable if you reach out.
